    Description

    Ce cours présente des comportements typiques, qui sont signalés comme étant irrespectueux, par des recherches sociologiques des 50 dernières années. Faute de les connaître suffisamment, certains responsables ecclésiaux d’adonnent (encore) à ces comportements jugés irrespectueux par la population, et parfois publiquement devant les médias. Un décalage se creuse entre les attentes de la population et certains agir pastoraux, produisant des tensions qui pourraient être évitées. Ce cours apporte des connaissances à ce sujet.
    Training objectives

    Acquérir une connaissance des principaux comportements typiques, présentés actuellement comme problématiques par les études sociologiques. Apprendre à les détecter sur le terrain. Acquérir des outils pour les prévenir, dans la pastorale.
