European Research Council (ERC) Grants

ERC Grants represent the most prestigious European grants to individual researchers. The most talented young researchers can be awarded a Starting Grant or a Consolidator Grant while well-established researchers can receive an Advanced Grant. The ERC only supports ground-breaking projects and the most creative researchers.

Several researchers at the University of Fribourg have received these awards from the European Research Council (ERC).
