No agreement with Oxford University Press

No access to articles published from January 2022 onwards

Despite intensive negotiations, the Swiss University Library Consortium has not been able to reach an agreement with Oxford University Press (OUP) to renew the licence for online access to OUP journals. In the absence of such a licence, online access to articles published by OUP from January 2022 onwards is not possible.

On November 11, RERO DOC, the former institutional repository of the University of Fribourg, has been replaced by FOLIA (Fribourg Open Library and Archive). All documents have been migrated to the new platform. Researchers can continue to deposit their documents at https://webapps.unifr.ch/folia.

Thanks to new Read & Publish agreements, researches of the University of Fribourg can publish Open Acces free of charge with additional publishers since 1 January 2021. Since 1 May, there is also an agreement with Wiley.
