    Description

    This course is designed for master students that want so understand the theory and practice of organizational behavior. We will address the following topics: Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Environment, Individual Differences, Individual Values, Perceptions and Reactions, Performance and Rewards, Groups & Teams, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Communication and Leadership.
    Training objectives Understand the foundations of organizational behavior, learn about the behavior of individuals in organizations, find ways to improve performance and motivation of individuals and teams in organizations, get insights about leadership.
