    Description

    CH.2252 (Instrumentalanalyse)

    Die Vorlesung behandelt die wichtigsten instrumentalanalytischen Methoden in der organischen Chemie: Elektronenspektroskopie (UV/Vis), Schwingungsspektroskopie (IR), Massenspektrometrie (MS) und Kernresonanzspektroskopie (NMR) und wird durch Übungen ergänzt.
    UV/Vis: Lambert-Beer’sches Gesetz, Apparatives, Elektronenübergänge (nach Kasha), Chromophore, Konjugierte Polyene, Fieser-Woodward-Regeln, Aromaten, Substituenteneffekte, konjugierte Carbonylverbindungen, Lösungsmittel- und pH-Einflüsse.
    IR: Oszillator, Anregung und Übergangswahrscheinlichkeiten, FT-Spektrometer, Normalschwingungen, Spektralbereiche, Probenzustände, typische Beispiele von funktionellen Gruppen.
    MS: Spektrometertypen, Ionisationsmethoden, Fragmentierungsmechanismen.
    1D/2D NMR: Physikalische Grundlagen, Kernparameter, chemische Verschiebung, skalare Kopplung.

    Training objectives Die Unterrichtseinheit hat zum Ziel, die Erscheinungsformen der wichtigsten spektroskopischen Methoden für die Analyse organischer Moleküle: Kernresonanz- oder NMR-Spektren (Wasserstoff und Kohlenstoff), Schwingungs- oder IR-Spektren,
    Elektronenanregungs- oder UV-Spektren und Massenspektren (nach EI-Ionisation) kennen und unterscheiden zu lernen. Diese Kenntnis erlaubt die Interpretation von einfachen Spektren und die Anwendung dieser spektroskopischen Methoden auf einfache analytische Probleme.
