    Da Mann und Frau als Abbilder Gottes verstanden werden, erhält die biblische Rede von den Menschen großes Gewicht: Gottesbild und Menschenbild sind eng ineinander verzahnt. In der Vorlesung werden ausgewählte Texte zu biblischen Menschenbildern gelesen und in ihrem altorientalischen Kontext interpretiert. Zu den thematisierten anthropologischen Themen gehören: Liebe, Geburt, Schwangerschaft, Kinder, Mütter und Väter, das Verhältnis von Mensch und Tier, der Wert des Menschen, Spiel und Sport, Musik und Tanz, Ehre und Schande, Denken, Erinnern und Gedenken und vieles mehr.

    Optimale Voraussetzung, um dem Kurs mit Gewinn folgen zu können sind Basiskenntnisse in Bibelhebräisch. Eine Teilnahme ohne solche Kenntnisse ist aber möglich.

    Der Kurs bietet Gelegenheit zur aktiven Beteiligung.

    Sie kennen wichtige anthropologische Begriffe und Themen der hebräischen Bibel.

    Sie können einschlägige Texte in ihrem biblischen Kontext verorten und verstehen.

    Sie können die kultur-, religions- und theologiegeschichtliche Bedeutung der Texte erläutern.

    Sie können die Relevanz der biblischen Überlieferung für eine theologische Anthropologie darlegen.
