Biography

Holds a PhD from the University of Lausanne, and draws on in-depth fieldwork and theoretical reflection to analyse the relationships between education, work, recognition, and well-being across diverse educational and professional contexts. Her work aims to combine empirical rigour, close attention to lived experiences, and a commitment to the social impact of the knowledge produced.
