Biography

Christelle Hayoz is a senior researcher in educational and social sciences, with a strong focus on teacher education, educational policy and qualitative research methods. Her academic work is grounded in an interdisciplinary approach that bridges pedagogical and sociological theory with empirical investigation, particularly within the contexts of multilingualism, equity in education and school development.

She holds a doctoral degree in sport science and has taught and conducted research at several Swiss universities.
