Since January 2025, Pamela Grasemann has served as Administrative Director of the Institute of Multilingualism. Her responsibilities include human resources leadership, financial and budget management, and the Institute’s general administration.

Previously, she spent nearly twenty years organizing international conferences, both for an international organization and for the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). During this time, she built and successfully led high-performing teams and coordinated complex, large-scale projects with efficiency and a strong focus on long-term sustainability.
