    Description

    Le cours Phytopathologie et interactions plantes-pathogènes (SBL.00068) commence par une introduction à la phytopathologie classique et une présentation des différents types d’agents pathogènes des plantes, de leurs cycles de développement et de leurs modes d’infection. La deuxième partie du cours est dédiée aux mécanismes physiologiques, biochimiques et moléculaires qui sous-tendent les interactions plantes-pathogènes. Les thématiques abordées sont notamment les stratégies qui permettent aux pathogènes d’infecter les plantes, les réactions de défense des plantes et l’activation de leur système immunitaire, et les différentes stratégies que chaque partenaire développe pour neutraliser les armes ou les défenses de l’autre. Il est vivement conseillé de suivre en parallèle, ou d’avoir suivi au préalable SBL.00074, SBL.00063 et SBL.00045.
