● Introduction to strategic management
● Developing a growth strategy for a region
● Example of a group presentation of a prior year
● Briefings for the group work
● Group work on real cases in international strategy

There will be 3 working groups of 4 studentsTraining objectives General objective
To be able to systematically approach an issue in international strategy and to produce a clear solution
Subgoals
● To plan and organize an effective group work
● To coordinate and work well with the other group members
● To apply strategic analysis, evaluation and planning tools in a correct way
● To get the needed information through company documents, interviews and internet research
● To carry out a sound analysis and to base the strategy on it
● To develop a concrete and realistic strategy
● To realize a convincing presentation
● To answer the questions in a short and precise wayCondition of access The number of participants is limited to 12; hence, a selection of motivated students has to be made.
Expectations
Participants are expected to give a high priority to the seminar. They must attend all lectures and sessions and be able to meet the other students of the group.Application

The application should contain contact details, nationality, language skills, Bachelor overall average grade, and Master average grade of the already received ECTS.Selection criteria
