1. Explore each university in the four destinations offered through Asia Exchange and determine which ones are suitable for your field of study.
2. To include the right universities in your application, review the courses offered at the universities in which you are interested and verify that they are compatible with your study programme.
3. Contact your academic advisor to discuss your mobility project.
4. Visit the "Mobility – Outgoing" section of your MyUnifr portal to learn about the procedures that must be completed before submitting an exchange application.
5. Gather all the required documents and complete the online mobility application.
6. Have the mobility application form signed by your academic advisor and upload it to your MyUnifr portal.
7. The International Relations Office will review your application.

For one or two semesters during the following academic year:

• 31 October: Deadline to sumbit the online mobility application to IRO.
• Early December: Notification of IRO's decision.

• If you are selected, IRO will forward your application file to Asia Exchange.
• Asia Exchange coodinates the students applying for the programme. This includes managing applications and admission documents, supporting students throughout the pre-departure process (advice, answering questions, and communication with the host university), and issuing the letter of acceptance.
• Asia Exchange will connect you with the partner university and facilitate all the necessary administrative procedures with the host institution.
• Please check your emails regularly, including your spam/junk folder, and ensure that all the required online procedures are completed within the specified deadlines.
