    Description

    De par le nombre d’expériences motrices très variées que l’on peut exercer à différents engins et au sol, la gymnastique aux agrès un sport très complet et une base idéale pour aborder d’autres activités sportives.

    Discipline sportive à composantes artistiques, la gymnastique aux agrès développe les qualités de coordination de manière variée. Elle renforce tout l’appareil locomoteur et améliore parallèlement la souplesse.
    Training objectives
    • Se référer aux principes et règles d’efficacité propres à la discipline afin de pouvoir :
      • analyser, expliquer et démontrer les différents mouvements communs ou spécifiques à chaque engin
      • décrire des comportements moteurs
    • Compléter son répertoire d’éléments gymniques
    • Maîtriser des suites d’éléments gymniques à différents engins
