    Description

    The lecture deals on the one hand with the dogmatics of determining the meaning of a legal norm and on the other hand with the theory of legal methodology. Both are combined with the main features of the legal theory of argumentation.

    All questions are also developed on a historical basis.
    Training objectives

    The educational goals are the mastery of legal methodology and the critique of the same.
