    Description

    In the academic year 2024/5, this course will not be streamed.

    The course discusses the main features of European and Swiss competition law (antitrust law).

    The focus is on agreements/collusion and the abuse of a dominant market position; European merger control, procedural law and questions of the influence of European competition law on Swiss competition law may also be touched on.

    Examples from European case law and Commission practice are discussed and references to national Swiss competition law are made.
