    Description

    La notion, la nature et les délimitations du droit administratif, les sources du droit administratif, les limites constitutionnelles de l’activité administrative, les principes de la procédure administrative, l’activité administrative et l’acte administratif, le contrat de droit administratif, l’exécution des obligations administratives et leurs sanctions, la responsabilité de l'Etat. Les exercices traitent de la méthodologie de résolution d’un cas pratique ; éléments de procédure administrative, fédérale et cantonale, applications concrètes des principes généraux de l’activité administrative. Ils préparent les étudiants à l'examen écrit.
    Training objectives

    La participation régulière aux cours et aux exercices, la préparation active (lectures et cas indiqués) pour les séances d’exercices (qui sont l’illustration de la matière étudiée) et le travail personnel constituent les bases de l’apprentissage.

    Grâce à ce travail, l’étudiant-e devra démontrer que les chapitres énoncés dans le descriptif du cours sont compris, en particulier par une analyse soignée d’un cas concret de droit administratif général.
