    Description

    Les canaux ioniques remplissent de multiples fonctions biologiques fondamentales. Ce cours présente en détail le lien structure-fonction dans une série d’exemples de canaux ioniques dans leur fonctionnement normal et dans diverses pathologies humaines et animales. L’étudiant sera notamment amené à faire le lien entre des mutations génétiques, un impact biophysique sur des canaux, et des changements physiologiques au niveau de la cellule et de l’organisme.

    Avoir suivi le cours SBL.00020 est un prérequis. Les deux cours peuvent être pris lors du même semestre, car SBL.00064 suit SBL.00020 dans le même créneau horaire mais à des dates ultérieures.
