    Description

    Ce cours explique les bases de la physiologie bactérienne. Il traite notamment de nutrition, de métabolisme, de croissance et de motilité, ainsi que du comportement multicellulaire des bactéries (formation de biofilms, régulation des gènes par quorum-sensing). Il donne également un aperçu de la diversité du monde bactérien et de son évolution depuis les débuts de la vie sur Terre.

    Training objectives

    - comprendre les bases du métabolisme et de la croissance des bactéries, ainsi que leurs régulations à différents niveaux
    - comprendre comment les bactéries communiquent entre elles et s’organisent en biofilms
    - découvrir la diversité phylogénétique des bactéries et les débuts de la vie sur Terre
