    Description

    Ce cours donne une vue d’ensemble des fonctions principales des micro-organismes (surtout bactéries) dans l’environnement. Leurs rôles dans les cycles biogéochimiques et dans l’interaction avec d’autres organismes (plantes, champignons, animaux) y sont discutés. Ce cours présente aussi des exemples de l’utilisation des micro-organismes en biotechnologie et dans l’agronomie.

    - comprendre les différents rôles des bactéries dans l’environnement
    - comprendre la nature des interactions que les bactéries entretiennent avec d’autres organismes
