    Description

    Maîtrise de compétences techniques – physiques – tactiques liées à la pratique de la discipline.
    Training objectives •Connaître et appliquer les règles de sécurité d’une leçon de patinage-hockey sur glace.
    •Utiliser les connaissances acquises lors des cours suivis pendant la formation pour élaborer des leçons ludiques et intéressantes dans le cadre scolaire.
    •Reconnaître quelques mouvements techniques en patinage artistique.
    •Connaître quelques règles du hockey sur glace.
    •Maîtriser et améliorer les techniques individuelles et spécifiques du patinage (arrêt-départ-freinage avant et arrière ; demi-cercles ; trois avant extérieur et intérieur ; mohawk ; introduction à quelques sauts et pirouettes) .
    •Acquérir, améliorer les techniques de base de la crosse ( coup droit, revers, flip).
    •Aperçu des différentes formes de tirs (lancé balayé, lancé frappé et revers).
    •Effectuer une mise en train.
    •Apprendre, analyser rapidement des situations de jeu inconnu.
    •Discuter, appliquer une tactique au sein d’une équipe.
    •Accepter la victoire comme la défaite.
    •Gérer des moments d’émotion.

    Equipement personnel: patins, canne, gants et casque, jambières et coudières conseillées.
    L'effectif des participants à cette UE sera scindé en deux groupes selon l'ordre alphabétique.
