Bases de la synthèse stéréosélective: Stratégies en synthèse asymétrique. Induction 1,2 et 1,3. Géométrie des énolates. Auxiliaires chiraux. Réactifs chiraux. Catalyse énantiosélective. Double stéréodifférentiation. Résolution cinétique. Effets non linéaires et amplification chirale

    Training objectives À l'issue de ce cours, vous devriez être capables de:

    - Identifier la relation stéréochimique entre plusieurs molécules,
    - quantifier les composants d'un mélange d'isomères,
    - déterminer la configuration absolue d'une substance à l'aide des diverses techniques connues.
    - concevoir un chemin synthétique afin d'obtenir sélectivement une substance énantio- et diastéréomériquement pure,
    - rationaliser la stéréochimie d'une réaction quelconque.

    Ziel dieser Vorlesung ist es, dass Sie fähig sein sollten :
    - das stereochemische Verhältnis zwischen mehreren Molekülen zu bestimmen
    - die Zusammensetzung eines Isomerengemisches zu quantifizieren
    - die absolute Konfiguration einer Substanz mit verschiedenen bekannten Techniken zu ermitteln
    - einen Syntheseweg zu konzipieren um selektiv eine Enantiomeren- und Diastereomeren-reine Verbindung zu erhalten
    - die Stereochemie einer beliebigen Reaktion zu rationalisieren
