    La monogamie est en crise. Les formes de vie polygames ne sont pas seulement, comme toujours, pratiquées, mais aussi de plus en plus légitimées. Au cours de ce séminaire, nous discuterons les questions historiques, juridiques et politiques de cette transformation : Comment la monogamie a-t-elle pu s’imposer sur le plan juridique ? Quel rôle a-t-elle joué dans l'émancipation des femmes ? Quelles sont les possibilités offertes par la loi - et quels objectifs devrait-elle poursuivre ? Ces questions vont être analysées dans un cadre interreligieux, notamment en ce qui concerne le christianisme et l'islam.
