    Description

    Diese Lehrveranstaltung wird im akademischen Jahr 2024/25 gestreamt.

    Die Vorlesung führt in die Dogmatik des allgemeinen Privatrechts auf der Grundlage des römischen Rechts ein. Behandelt werden das Sachen- und Schuldrecht. Soweit für das Verständnis des Gegenstandes notwendig oder nützlich, werden auch rechtsvergleichende, historische, teilweise auch rechtstheoretische Gesichtspunkte erörtert.

    In den Übungen wird der Vorlesungsstoff anhand von Fällen vertieft. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Vermittlung von Falllösungstechniken.

    Die Vorlesung wird im akademischen Jahr 2024/25 gestreamt. Die Übungen werden nicht gestreamt.
    Training objectives

    Lernziel der Vorlesung ist die Erlernung und Beherrschung grundlegender zivilistischer Denk- und Argumentationsfiguren. Worum es sich dabei im einzelnen handelt, wird in der Vorlesung dargestellt. In den Übungen geht es darum, den theoretischen Stoff auf konkrete Fälle anzuwenden und zu vertiefen.

    Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Einübung der zivilistischen Falllösungsmethode.
