    Training objectives A la fin du cours, les étudiant-e-s connaissent les fonctions et mécanismes biologiques du cytosquelette, les mécanismes de sécrétion, le cycle cellulaire et la mort cellulaire programmée, ainsi que les mécanismes de signalisation cellulaire et ils peuvent expliquer ces différents concepts.

    Die Studierenden kennen am Ende der Vorlesung die biologischen Funktionen und Arbeitsweisen des Zytoskeletts und der Sekretionsmaschinerie, des Zellzykluses und des programmierten Zelltodes sowie der Zellkommunikation und können diese erklären.

    At the end of the course, the students know the biological functions and mechanisms of the cytoskeleton and the secretory machinery, the cell cycle and the programmed cell death as well as cell signaling and they can explain these concepts.
    Comments Ce cours porte sur l'étude des mécanismes moléculaires utilisés pour maintenir la fonctionnalité et la structure de la cellule individuelle (trafic des protéines, autophagie, cytosquelette, hérédité mitochondriale), ainsi que de l'organisme en entier (cellules souches, apoptose, jonctions cellulaire, matrice extracellulaire).
    Dieser Kurs umfasst die molekularen Mechanismen, welche es erlauben die Struktur und Funktionalität einer einzelnen Zelle (Transport von Proteinen an ihren Bestimmungsort, Autophagie, Zytoskelett, mitochondriale Vererbung) oder den ganzen Organismus (Stammzellen, Apoptose, Zell-Verbindungen, extrazelluläre matrix) aufrecht zu erhalten.
