    Thema der Vorlesung sind analytische Methoden zur Planung und Steuerung der betrieblichen Leistungserstellung. Behandelt werden:

    • Analyse und Simulation von Prozessen
    • Prognosemethoden
    • Lagerhaltung und Losgrössenplanung
    • Materialbedarfsplanung
    • Steuerung von Produktionsprozessen und von Projekten
    • Kapazitätsplanung
    • Standort- und Distributionsplanung
