    Description

    Behandelt werden die wichtigsten Straftatbestände des Besonderen Teils (2. Buch) des Strafgesetzbuches sowie die Grundzüge des Strafprozessrechts. 


    Die Kenntnis des Allgemeinen Teils (1. Buch) des Strafgesetzbuches sowie der Delikte gegen Leib und Leben (Art. 111-136 StGB) wird vorausgesetzt. 


    Die Vorlesung wird begleitet durch Übungen in Gruppen, in welchen Fälle gelöst werden. Die Übungen finden 14-täglich statt. Im Rahmen der Übungen können Fall-Lösungen als Proseminararbeiten eingereicht werden.
    Training objectives

    Die Studierenden sollen:


    Die massgeblichen Straftatbestände des Besonderen Teils (Art. 137-332) des Strafgesetzbuches kennen und verstehen; 


    Diese Straftatbestände auf einen Sachverhalt korrekt anwenden können;


    Die Grundzüge des Strafprozessrechts kennen und verstehen.
