    Description

    Diese Lehrveranstaltung wird im akademischen Jahr 2026/27 nicht gestreamt.

    Die Veranstaltung behandelt die Grundlagen des Mobiliar- und des Immobiliarsachenrechts.  

    Erläutert werden das Wesen, der Inhalt und die Funktionen von Eigentum, Besitz und Grundbuch (Herbstsemester). Der zweite Teil (Frühlingssemester) ist den beschränkten dinglichen Rechten (Dienstbarkeiten, Grundlasten und Pfandrechte) gewidmet.

    Erforderlich ist an eine aktive Teilnahme an den Vorlesungen, die Vorbereitung des jeweils zu behandelnden Stoffes und die Lektüre der abgegebenen BGE.
    Training objectives

    Die Studierenden sollen die Struktur des Sachenrechts verstehen und in der Lage sein, mit Hilfe des Gesetzes sachenrechtliche Fragestellungen zu lösen.
    Descriptions of Exams

    Das Examen ist Teil des IUR II. Es umfasst den Stoff des ganzen akademischen Jahres (Besitz, Eigentum, Grundbuch, beschränkte dingliche Rechte).

    Das Examen ist schriftlich (zwei Stunden) und ab der 2. Session 2027 «closed book». Es gilt die Anmerkungsrichtlinie.

    In der 1. Session 2027 wird die Prüfung «open book» abgenommen. Die Studierenden dürfen demnach Dokumente (Papier) ohne Einschränkungen verwenden.
