    Description

Lead with Confidence. Deliver with Impact – In this course, we will embark on an immersive leadership journey together—designed for Master’s students who want to lead in a multicultural, AI-driven world. Leadership is learned by doing. Throughout the course, you will actively engage in simulations, real business cases, role plays, and a hands-on capstone project—and we will use these experiences to bring theory to life together. We will focus on building the capabilities that modern organizations demand. You will develop adaptive leadership skills, learn to influence without formal authority, strengthen your intercultural effectiveness, and make decisions in an AI-shaped environment. We will connect leadership with execution: You will learn how to apply Agile methods, use project delivery tools, and work within high-performance teams to turn ideas into results. We will create space for reflection and development. You will deepen your self-awareness, define your own leadership identity, and leave the course with a clear two-year personal leadership roadmap. We will ensure that your learning translates into practice. You will apply your knowledge in a multi-week capstone project, culminating in professional presentations and structured peer feedback.
