    Description

    Diese Vorlesung wird im akademischen Jahr 2025/26 gestreamt. Die dazugehörigen Übungen werden NICHT gestreamt.

    Im Herbstsemester wird das Familienvermögensrecht behandelt. Dazu gehören die allgemeinen vermögensrechtlichen Wirkungen der Ehe, der Vorsorgeausgleich, der eheliche, nacheheliche und der Kindesunterhalt sowie das Güterrecht. Thema des Frühlingssemesters ist das Erbrecht und dort insbesondere das Intestaterbrecht und die Ausgleichung, die Verfügungsinhalte und -formen, der Pflichtteilsschutz, die Grundzüge des Erbgangs sowie die erbrechtlichen Klagen.
    Training objectives

    Eine aktive Mitarbeit in den Vorlesungen und Übungen, die Vorbereitung der jeweils zu behandelnden Themen sowie die Lektüre der in den abgegebenen Unterlagen abgedruckten BGE sind erforderlich. Ziel: Kenntnis und Anwendung der einschlägigen Gesetzesbestimmungen. Die Studierenden sollen in der Lage sein, mit Hilfe des Gesetzes und der erworbenen Kenntnisse konkrete Fälle zu lösen sowie Gerichtsentscheide zu analysieren und zu diskutieren.

    Das Examen ist Teil des IUR III. Es ist schriftlich (2 Stunden) und "open book". Die Studierenden dürfen demnach Dokumente (Papier) ohne Einschränkungen verwenden.

    Im Zivilrecht III darf ein einfacher Taschenrechner benutzt werden.
