    Description

In the academic year 2024/2025, this course will not be streamed.

Almost no other area has been in the center of public debates as much as the area of migration. Migrants are very often the most vulnerable part of our societes and only protected by basic human rights.

The seminar will discuss recent case-law by the ECtHR in the area of migration. Participants are invited to follow the first lecture of the course "Migration, Human Rights and Ethics" (Friday 14 March 2025, 15-18h).

Every participant will be assigned a case that will be presented during the seminar and discussed within the group. A written paper also needs to be handed in.

    Registration is necessary!
