    Description

    In verschiedenen Bereichen der psychologischen Forschung, aber auch in der Behandlung psychischer und neuropsychologischer Störungen wird zunehmend die virtuelle Realität (VR) eingesetzt. Hierbei ist das Ziel, Versuchspersonen oder PatientInnen mit natürlich wirkenden Situationen zu konfrontieren, diese aber gleichzeitig präzise kontrollieren zu können. In diesem Workshop lernen wir mehrere Anwendungsfelder der VR kennen, besprechen Besonderheiten im Umgang mit dieser Methode und probieren auch verschiedene virtuelle Szenarien selbst aus. Zudem besprechen wir die Entwicklung von Experimenten in VR mit der Software «Unity 3D» sowie die Auswertung von Bewegungsdaten mit Hilfe der Programmiersprache «R». Vorkenntnisse in diesen Bereichen werden nicht erwartet. Ein grundsätzliches Interesse an Programmiersprachen bzw. dem Aufbau von Software ist aber hilfreich. Wir erarbeiten bestimmte Programmiertechniken in Kleingruppen. Daher ist es vorteilhaft, wenn genuegend Studierende einen eigenen Laptop mitbringen koennen.
