    Description Ce cours présente des développements récents couvrant diverses technologies utilisées dans l'investigation des protéines et macromolécules et en biologie cellulaire.
    Training objectives A la fin du cours, les étudiant-e-s connaissent diverses méthodes spécialisées de biochimie qui ne sont pas discutées dans le cours fondamental et qui sont utilisées en recherche en biochimie, biologie cellulaire et biologie moléculaire. Ils savent expliquer les avantages et désavantages de ces méthodes.

    Die Studierenden kennen am Ende der Vorlesung verschiedene speziellere Methoden der Biochemie, die in den Grundvorlesungen nicht besprochen werden und die in der biochemischen, zellbiologischen und molekularbiologischen Forschung benutzt werden. Sie können deren Vor- und Nachteile erklären.

    At the end of the course the students know different specialized methods of biochemistry that are not discussed in the basic course and that are used in research in biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology. They can explain their advantages and disadvantages.
