    Ausgewählte Aspekte des Arbeitsrechts

    Die moderne Arbeitwelt verlangt vom Juristen Antworten auf stets neue Fragen.  In diesem Semesterkurs werden einige aktuelle Themen des Arbeitsrechts vertieft behandelt: Internationale Arbeitsverhältnisse, Lohnbestandteile, Mobbing, ausgewählte Fragen zur Arbeitszeit, Überwachung am Arbeitsplatz und Whistleblowing.
