European funding schemes are less well known than national ones, e.g. those from the SNSF. This event will show you how to explore funding opportunities within Horizon Europe and connect with potential partners for your next proposal. The session is designed for researchers who want to better understand the programme and increase their chances of successful participation.

We will briefly present the main funding opportunities in Horizon Europe Pillar 2, explain how to identify relevant calls in the Work Programme, and show how to interpret call texts effectively. Most importantly, we will introduce discipline-specific matchmaking resources to help you find suitable partners and build strong international consortia.

Target audience: experienced Unifr researchers, from postdocs to professors.

This event will be held in a hybrid format. The presentation will last ca. 20 minutes, followed by ca. 10 minutes of Q&A. We will then conclude with 30 minutes of informal discussion, exchange and cookies. During this time, members of the SPR team will be present to answer your questions.
