Dr. Laurent Sigismondi specializes in Corporate Law, Compliance and Competition Law. After spending several years in private practice, he was responsible for corporate governance, litigation, and compliance with a Swiss-based SMI-listed company. He is currently Head Corporate Law of Novartis and teaches contract law at the University of Fribourg. Laurent Sigismondi holds a Ph.D in law from the University of Neuchâtel, an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (NY, USA) and the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) as well as an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
