Stephanie Feldman is an adjunct professor with the Master of Law program at the University of Fribourg’s Institute for International Business Law. Stephanie is a Senior Investment Manager at Nivalion AG, a litigation funder located in Zug, Switzerland.

Prior to joining Nivalion, she served for several years as a legal consultant in private practice, advising on commercial litigation and insolvency matters on behalf of family investment offices and international corporations, as well as conducting internal investigations. Stephanie was in private practice in the United States for over 15 years prior to relocating to Switzerland, serving as an associate with law firms in New York (Greenberg Traurig LLP, Arent Fox LLP) and Los Angeles (Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, Seyfath Shaw LLP), specializing in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and later as a member of her own firm.

Stephanie is admitted to the New York and California State bars. She holds a law degree from Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and a bachelor’s degree cum laude from Dartmouth College.
