Melina Llodra has 20 years of experience in international business law, including negotiation and drafting of cross-border M&As and JVs. She is an Argentinean lawyer, LLM University of Illinois (US), certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I) and certified expert on auditing ISO 37001.
