The seminar is intended to offer interested students the opportunity to engage with comparative constitutional law despite the cancellation of the block course. It is planned to have about four sessions of about 2 hours each, the dates of which will be set in consultation with the participants (probably after the Easter vacations). The aim of the sessions is to get to know the topic of comparative constitutional law, to discuss methods and to deepen our knowledge of individual topics.Participants will give a short presentation and write a paper on a topic of their choice (shorter than a seminar paper); they will be supported and supervised in the process. Students may also choose to write the paper during the summer break.
