Department of Medical and Surgical Specialties (MSS)

The medical-surgical department brings together the clinical hospital specialties that are essential for supervising the clinical training of students in the Master of Human Medicine programme. The department chairs divide their time between academic activities at the UniFR and clinical activities at the Fribourg Hospital (HFR).

As the last department to be created within the Department of Medicine, many of the department's chairs are currently still in the middle of the appointment process.
