The Mouse Behavioral and Metabolic Phenotyping Platform hosts two, last generation machines, capable of in-depth and multiplexed (16 mice at a time) assessment of numerous physiological and behavioral parameters. The two machines are complimentary as one assesses body composition (EchoMRI - necessary for the normalization of metabolic rate experiments) and the other assesses metabolic rate, feeding behavior, movement and other parameters.

We provide all relevant information about the MRI as well as indirect calorimetry systems and we will support you in the planning and execution of your experiments, including the implementation of methods for data acquisition and data analysis.
