Occupational Health Psychology
In the unit “Occupational Health Psychology”, we are interested in experiences and behavior of people and groups in the domain of paid work. How do the activities and social interactions at the workplace effect an individual’s health, performance, development, and private relationships? What is the role of supervisors and personnel procedures? An important aspect of our work is the development of appropriate methods of data collection. Whenever possible, we use research methods that record daily life in a natural setting.
