Biography

I obtained my PhD in Linguistics from the University of Geneva. My research focuses on language acquisition and processing in typical and atypical, monolingual and bilingual children and adults, with a focus on Romance languages like Romanian and French.

I am particularly interested in how speakers represent and use grammatical knowledge both in their native and non-native language(s) and in determining how the languages of bilingual speakers develop in contact with each other.
