Exposure to childhood early life stressor (ELS) is a well-established risk factor for depression. (LeMoult et al., 2020). Neural mechanisms underlying resilience and vulnerability after ELS remain unclear.

To address this gap, the RESIST-D project, a European research consortium funded by ERA-NET proposes a translational large-scale approach focusing on neural responses to stress and to reward after ELS.
