    Beschreibung

    The seminar deals with a) teamwork in general, b) applications, c) dynamics, especially in relation to moderators and mediators, d) intervention in problems with a special focus on coaching as an intervention measure, and e) practical exercises.

    Requirements of the seminar (3 ECTS):

    - Pass the written exam (100% of the grade)

    - Takeover of 1 expert appointment in groups of two (presentations, one is team leader and one is team member)

    - Carry out 2 short observations (during the seminar times)

    - Set a short group task (to be carried out during the seminar times)

    - Regular participation (max. 4 missed lessons)

    - Active participation in the exercises

    - Realistic assessment of tasks and dynamics in teams

    - Observation skills

    - Composition of teams

    - Assessment of the effectiveness of measures

    - Team-oriented coaching as an intervention measure
