    Beschreibung

    Occupational Health Psychology is about positive and negative effects of work that change well-being, health, cognitive performance, and social relationships over time. In this class, we will discuss selected methodological issues based on recent journal articles that are relevant for the empirical part of your Master thesis (Common method bias, etc.). You will prepare one of the recommended papers, each week, and based on the text, will work on small tasks and engage in small-group discussions.

     
    Lernziele

    You will get to know advantages and limitations of methodological tools. In our discussions, you will enlarge your knowledge and confidence regarding the application of methods that are relevant for researchers and practitioners alike.
