Alcohol attractivity study
Can a game help people like alcohol less?
We are looking for healthy adults aged 18 and over who would want to reduce their alcohol liking, for a study to observe whether people like less alcohol after playing a video game. The study takes place entirely online and involves playing a video game that can be downloaded from the appstore, and completing questionnaires, five days a week over a period of two weeks. A smartphone manufactured in 2016 or later is required. All data will be treated confidentially. You will receive CHF 30 as compensation for your time once the study is completed as instructed. Help us understand your food cravings
We are looking for adults aged 18 and over, who do not have a clinically diagnosed eating disorder, for a study to understand and predict food cravings. The study takes place entirely online and consists of a single session (approximately 60 minutes), involving questionnaires and tasks measuring your reactions to food images on your device. A smartphone manufactured in 2016 or later and stable internet connection are required. Individuals who follow a vegan diet are not eligible to participate; individuals following a vegetarian diet are eligible. Those currently undergoing a treatment (e.g. GLP-1 medication) or who have recently received a surgical intervention that could affect hunger or metabolic regulation (e.g. bariatric surgery) are not eligible to participate. All data will be treated confidentially. You will receive CHF 30 as compensation for your time once the study is completed as instructed.
