Every year around this time, we start looking for the next group of students who will spend months arguing, writing, doubting, improving — and, eventually, standing somewhere far from Fribourg, representing our team, our canton and our country.

The Vis Moot (often called the “Olympic Games for law students") runs from September to April and brings together teams from all over the world.

In the past two years, our team won the 1st place out of over 400 teams worldwide for the best memoranda. But what matters more is everything around it — the shared effort, the long hours, the friendships we forge, and the moments you will never forget.

If you’re a BLaw, MLaw or LLM student and feel even slightly curious about learning something new, this is worth trying.
