The federal Department of Foreign Affairs and Presence Suisse, in association with the Swiss embassy in Moscow, organized a press tour on the theme of federalism for a delegation of Russian journalists.

To cover the theme in a scientific way, and especially to deepen the subject, the Russian journalists visited the Institute of the Federalism, where Dr. Nicolas Schmitt reminded them some fundamental characteristics of federalism, before presenting them Swiss federalism as an example of a largely decentralized system.
