Master students from the Faculty of Law can also participate in this study trip and in the course. Students from the Faculty of Law receive 4 ECTS (special credits) for this course, the validation is coordinated by Prof. Astrid Epiney.

The evaluation of the course is done via a seminar paper (on a specific issue of India) to be written at Prof. Dirk Morschett (Chair for International Management) and the group work done during the study trip. The seminar papers for the law students will consider legal issues in India, so they can be written without having studied business.
