On Friday 1 September 2023, the Institute of Federalism had the pleasure to welcome to Fribourg a delegation from the Ministry of Government Legislation of the Republic of Korea, the administrative organization that oversees and coordinates government legislation. The Korean delegation was led by Park Young Wook, Director of the Bureau of Legislation Support. 
Prof. Eva Maria Belser, Co-Director of the IFF, gave a presentation followed by a Q&A and discussion. The focus was on diversity management, federal balancing, and intercantonal cooperation, in particular on how Swiss cantons coordinate and harmonize their policies where needed.
